What information do I need before a service call? |

If your system is not operating properly and our technician may have to
reload your operating system you will need the following items:
- A list of all important files you need backed up prior to a
re-installation of your operating system.
- A restore CD from the computer manufacture or a CD with
your operating system and license key.
- Copies of all software you wish to have reloaded.
Our technicians have all the hardware and tools to safely backup your
data prior to any work preformed.
Our call center can give you more details. We can also supply
an operating system with the purchase of a license.
